I was born and raised in Ellicott City, Maryland where I graduated from Mt. St. Joseph High School. As a junior in high school, I experienced the loss of my mother and father. Thankfully, my parents had arranged a financially responsible and purposeful action plan for my future. Because of this, despite the unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances, my daily life remained as consistent as possible. I was supported by the stability of remaining at the same Catholic high school and by friends who became a part of my family.

I was able to attend Washington College in Chestertown, MD. , where I competed on the Varsity lacrosse team and earned a degree in Business Management. I was named Most Improved Player after my senior year and was chosen for the Charlie Moloney award given to one graduating senior who most exemplifies Washington College lacrosse. I serve on Washington College’s lacrosse alumni council helping the current program grow and keeping the alumni close to the program.

I advise my clients to execute a customized financial program by focusing on the following areas: personal financial strategies, business planning, and wealth protection and/or estate planning strategies. I am confident that my knowledge, experience, and passion will assist individuals, families, and business owners make their own personalized and responsible action plan for their future. 

As a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant℠, I specialize in working with Federal Employees with regard to their FERS (Federal Employee Retirement System)/CSRS (Civil Service Retirement System) pension and survivor benefit elections, Social Security maximization, TSP (Thrift Savings Plan) Retirement Planning, and FEGLI (Federal Employee Group Life Insurance) Benefits.

I am a proud husband to my wife, Katherine, and our two beautiful children Vincent and Samantha. I am an avid Baltimore sports fan. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, attending Ravens and Orioles games, and enjoying Baltimore’s restaurants. I have volunteered with Comfort Zone Camp, a bereavement camp for children ages 7-17 who have either lost a parent, sibling, or caregiver and the Baltimore Hunger Project. I was recently honored with the GameChanger award through the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults.
